Recruitment Support | People Development | Professional Experience

As a Human Resource Assistant, you’ll gain exposure to recruitment, candidate engagement, onboarding, and HR operations.
Role Focus
Support the hiring process from candidate sourcing and interview coordination to onboarding, while gaining experience in talent acquisition and team development.
What You’ll Do
Talent Acquisition: Post jobs, source candidates, and identify potential talent.
Recruitment Coordination: Review applications, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
Candidate Engagement: Communicate with candidates and provide hiring updates.
Onboarding & Engagement: Support onboarding, training, and team activities.
HR Administration: Maintain records, update documents, and track hiring progress.
