HR Talent Acquisition Intern

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, particularly in IT recruitment.

You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to support candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Foundit, MyFutureJobs, and other recruitment platforms.
• Review and screen candidates' resumes based on job requirements.
• Assist with candidate outreach and initial phone screening.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare and post job advertisements on various job portals.
• Assist in managing candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with other HR and Talent Acquisition activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other platforms.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work in a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Able to commit to the required internship period.
