Through Tradeasia Academy, participants will gain hands-on experience in Quality Assurance (QA), digital marketplace operations, and how a real B2B marketplace platform is tested, improved, and scaled across international markets.

Job Description:

As a Graduate Intern, you will work closely with our team on projects focused on Quality Assurance and the improvement of our digital marketplace platform. You will gain hands-on experience in software testing, identifying and reporting defects, analyzing user flows, and preparing QA reports.

In addition to QA activities, participants will also work on seller and buyer acquisition projects, giving you exposure to both the technical and business sides of a B2B digital marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance: Conduct functional and exploratory testing of our digital marketplace platform.
• Test Case Design: Create and execute test cases based on platform features and user workflows.
• Bug Reporting: Identify, reproduce, document, and track bugs and system issues.
• Technical Testing: Perform basic testing using browser DevTools and API/integration checks.
• QA Reporting: Analyze testing results and contribute to the final QA report.
• Seller & Buyer Acquisition: Support projects related to seller and buyer acquisition and onboarding.
• Collaboration: Work with team members across different functions and countries to complete projects and improve the platform.
• Training and Development: Participate actively in training sessions throughout the program.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Informatics, UX/Design, Business, Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Communication, International Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Strong interest in Quality Assurance, digital platforms, software testing, or B2B marketplaces.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative and international environment.
• Fluency in English.
