Responsibilities
ECommerce Part Time Assistant
Order Fulfillment: Pick, check, pack, and label online customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Inventory & Listing Updates: Upload new product listings on e-commerce platform using Shopify.
Customer Support: Answer basic customer queries regarding order status, shipping, or product details via chat or email.
Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, neat, and organized stock or packing area.
Ad-hoc Duties: Support team projects or seasonal promotional campaigns as assigned
Technical Skills: Requires basic computer literacy; familiarity with Shopify, Canva, MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc is a plus.
Physical Requirements: Ability to handle light inventory lift (up to 30kg) when required.
Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to work well independently in a fast-paced environment.
