Job Descriptions

• Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Support user research activities including surveys, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
• Help maintain and update the design system and component libraries.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing results.
• Document design decisions and maintain organized design files.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Required Skills & Competencies
• Proficient in Figma (Sketch / Adobe XD a plus).
• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking.
• Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
• Good visual design sensibility (typography, color theory, layout).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Detail-oriented with good time management.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree in UI/UX, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and design thinking.
• Familiar with Figma; knowledge of Adobe XD or Sketch is an advantage.
• Able to create basic wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Good understanding of typography, colour, layout, and responsive design.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• UI/UX portfolio or academic projects are an added advantage.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
