Responsibilities

CLINIC / HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT (FULL-TIME- OPPORTUNITY)

Neighbourhood Clinic – Bukit Batok, Singapore

About Us

We are a well-established neighbourhood medical clinic in Bukit Batok, committed to providing quality, patient-centred care to our community.

We are looking for a reliable, caring and responsible Clinic / Healthcare Assistant to join our close-knit team. The successful candidate will work closely with our doctors and clinic team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a positive experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and attend to patients professionally, both in person and over the phone
  • Support doctors with day-to-day clinic operations and patient flow
  • Handle appointment scheduling and coordinate care between doctors and patients
  • Assist with patient registration and preparation for consultations and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient visits
  • Manage clinic inventory, supplies and equipment maintenance arrangements
  • Prepare and manage documents using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets and Slides)
  • Ensure strict compliance with PDPA requirements and maintain confidentiality of patient and clinic information
  • Remain calm and responsive when managing urgent or emergency situations
  • Work closely with the healthcare team and adapt to the operational needs of the clinic

Requirements

  • Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents only
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a Clinic / Healthcare Assistant is preferred; 3–5 years of relevant experience will be an advantage
  • Strong organisational, administrative and time-management skills
  • Meticulous, responsible and able to multitask effectively
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual ability is an advantage
  • Proficient in basic IT skills and Google Workspace applications
  • Professional, patient-centred and discreet when handling confidential information
  • Able to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Team-oriented, proactive, responsible and adaptable

Working Hours

Tuesday: 2.00pm – 9.00pm
Thursday: 2.00pm – 9.00pm
Saturday: 8.00am – 5.00pm

Salary

$1,200 – $2,000 per month, commensurate with experience and suitability.
