Allowance:

Ø Diploma: RM 800.00 – RM 1,200.00 per month (depending on qualification)

Ø Degree: RM 1,000.00 – RM 1,500.00 per month (depending on qualification)

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing Diploma / bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Accounting, or related field
• Any application without a resume attached will be auto-reject.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage
• Result-oriented, customer-focused, proactive, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Vibrant, energetic, with a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, multitask, and take initiative.
• Resilient, persistent, and responsible.
• Minimum internship period of 3–6 months
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Job Description:

• Assist in daily administrative and office operations.
• Assist & monitor in logistics coordination, including shipment arrangement, packing, and labelling of goods.
• Prepare shipping documents such as delivery orders, packing lists, and airway bills.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare, organise, and file documents.
• Handle correspondence and support day-to-day office activities.
• Provide administrative support to the management team.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
