Basic Pay: S$12 per hour
Working Hours: 16 hours per week, 4 hours per session
Additional Pay: Performance-based incentives

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective companies.
• Introduce the Company’s recruitment services professionally.
• Identify new employer accounts and genuine hiring requirements.
• Collect and record preliminary Job Order information.
• Check Company records to avoid contacting existing or duplicate customers.
• Submit Job Orders for internal review.
• Introduce approved employers to the designated CEI consultant for subsequent recruitment follow-up.
• Maintain accurate call and employer records.

This position focuses on employer outreach and Job Order development. Candidate sourcing, work-pass applications, placement and after-sales matters will be handled by the designated recruitment consultant.

Requirements

• Good telephone communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable conducting outbound B2B calls.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally in English.
• Responsible, organised and able to maintain accurate records.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Telemarketing, sales, business development or recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Training will be provided.

Incentive Eligibility

Performance incentives apply only to new employer accounts and valid Job Orders independently developed by the employee and approved by the Company.

Existing customers, existing Job Orders, assigned accounts and duplicate leads are not eligible for development incentives.

Detailed incentive terms will be provided in the Company’s written incentive policy.
