Job Description

Role Summary:
The Shopify Specialist is responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving the company's Shopify e-commerce website. The role focuses on website optimisation, Shopify theme development, app integrations, SEO-friendly improvements, and supporting online sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company's Shopify e-commerce website.
  • Update and customise Shopify themes to improve website functionality and appearance.
  • Implement SEO-friendly website improvements to increase online visibility.
  • Install, configure, and manage Shopify apps and third-party integrations.
  • Develop simple custom applications and website features when required.
  • Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate product information, pricing, images, and online content.
  • Troubleshoot website and Shopify-related technical issues.
  • Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to support online sales campaigns.
  • Continuously improve the customer shopping experience and website conversion performance.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, E-commerce, Web Development, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with Shopify or Shopify Plus.
  • Knowledge of Shopify themes, Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Shopify apps, integrations, and e-commerce tools.
  • Understanding of SEO and website optimisation.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with e-commerce websites, online retail, or digital platforms is preferred.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
