Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents
- Assist the team in reviewing project specifications and requirements
- Support procurement activities such as sourcing suppliers and requesting quotations
- Assist in preparing Purchase Orders (PO), comparison sheets, and other procurement documents
- Communicate with suppliers and follow up on quotations, pricing, and delivery status
- Assist in maintaining proper records of procurement and project documents
- Perform basic administrative tasks related to proposal and procurement activities
- Support other tasks assigned by the management or supervisor
About you
- Diploma/Degree student in Engineering, Business, Procurement, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Willing to learn and able to work independently
- Internship duration of at least 3 months preferred
Pay: RM600.00 per month
Work Location: In person
