The Human Resources Intern will support the Human Resources Department in the daily HR operations of the hotel. The intern will gain practical exposure to recruitment, employee records, attendance and leave administration, onboarding, staff engagement, and general HR activities within a hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment, resume screening, and interview arrangements.
• Support new joiner onboarding and orientation.
• Assist with staff attendance, leave, and HR records.
• Prepare and maintain HR documents and employee files.
• Assist with training, staff engagement activities, and HR events.
• Support internship/trainee administration and college coordination.
• Perform other HR duties assigned by the team.
