REQUIREMENTS:

• Current enrollment in a Computer Science, Information Technology, or related program at an accredited university or college.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and IT practices.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting computer hardware and software systems.
• Provide technical support to staff and end-users via phone, email, or in person.
• Help install, configure, and update hardware and software systems.
• Support IT team with network configuration, server management, and database maintenance.
• Assist with the setup of new equipment for employees (e.g., laptops, desktops, phones).
• Help test and implement new software tools or systems.
• Perform basic data entry and manage internal documentation related to IT processes.
• Assist in maintaining cybersecurity protocols and monitoring system performance.
• Collaborate on various projects with the IT team, contributing ideas and solutions.
• Monitor and report any technical issues to the senior IT team members.

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
