The Advisory intern will supports corporate finance and strategic advisory engagement including fundraisings, mergers & acquisition, valuation and investors relation activities.

• Support the company engagement with stakeholders, investors and potential market confidence and visibility.
• Assist on preparing investors materials invluding presentation, briefing notes, Q&N documents and follow up action plan.
• Assist in coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather, verify and maintain accurate up-to-date client information.
• Support due diligence exercises and assists in compiling necessary documentation for investors lenders or regulatory submission.

Pay: RM999.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
