We're on the lookout for a dynamic Consulting Intern to join our team (under Hei by TOPPAN NEXT) and play a key role in steering our projects as we bring brands and experiences to life.

Hei (a business unit under TOPPAN NEXT) is a human-first Brand Transformation consultancy. We work alongside the region’s most ambitious clients & brands to imagine, design, and build platforms, products, and experiences that drive business and shape perceptions .

This is a paid internship.

What You'll Work On

Depending on your assigned projects, you'll gain exposure to a range of strategic and execution work, including:

• Competitive research and strategic analysis: Conduct market research, analyse competitor positioning, and synthesise insights to inform client strategy and business recommendations
• Strategic documentation: Develop client presentations, reports, and frameworks that translate research into actionable recommendations
• Social media strategy: Support development of content strategies, competitive audits, and digital positioning for client brands
• Spatial design coordination: Work on physical environment projects, coordinating between strategic intent and execution, managing timelines, and liaising with designers and vendors to bring brand experiences into built environments
• Client engagement: Participate in client meetings and workshops, capture requirements, and synthesise feedback for project teams
• Cross-functional project coordination: Manage workstreams across strategy, creative, and execution teams to deliver integrated client solutions

Skills Needed

• Strong analytical and research capabilities with ability to synthesise complex information into clear insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing work and cross-functional collaboration
• Comfort working across multi-disciplinary projects spanning strategy, creative, and execution
• Project coordination skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Initiative in problem-solving
• Mandarin proficiency a bonus

This role offers practical consulting experience working on live client projects across strategy, research, and execution. Suited for recent graduates or changemakers ready to develop strategic thinking and client advisory skills.
