Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assist the customer service team with day-to-day operations.
- Dispatch invoices, delivery orders (DO), and credit notes (CN) to customers promptly and accurately.
- Update and key in catalogue and marketing material distribution.
- Filing of commercial documentation e.g. invoice, DO and customer PO.
