- Develop playable game builds following the assigned or approved idea
- Work on the design, coding, and implementation of game features
- Conduct debugging and troubleshooting to ensure smooth gameplay
- Record gameplay sessions and gather feedback on user experience and mechanics
- Document key learnings and propose actionable changes or improvements
- Proficiency in game development tools and platforms such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or other relevant engines
- Programming skills in relevant languages such as C#, C++, Python, etc
- Basic understanding of game design principles, mechanics, and user experience
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and staff
- Time management and organizational skills to meet weekly deliverables and deadlines
- Experience in game development (academic projects, personal projects, or professional experience) is a plus
