Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning and coordinating POSM for campaigns and seasonal activities.
• Support POSM design, artwork adaptation and layout based on campaign needs.
• Coordinate with Designers, internal teams and suppliers.
• Follow up on POSM production, delivery and installation.
• Check POSM quality and ensure accurate execution at retail outlets.
• Conduct store visits to monitor POSM placement and visibility.
• Maintain POSM records, documents and inventory.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to conduct store visits and assist with on-ground retail activities.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: RM1,300.00 per month
