Marketing Intern

Job Purpose
To support the Marketing team in promoting the restaurant’s brand, products, campaigns and customer engagement activities across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist with social media content planning and posting, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
2. Support the creation of marketing materials, photos, videos, captions and promotional content.
3. Assist with restaurant promotions, festive campaigns, new menu launches and events.
4. Conduct basic market and competitor research within the F&B industry.
5. Support photography and videography of food, outlets, events and promotional activities.
6. Assist in coordinating with restaurant outlets for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
7. Monitor social media engagement, customer feedback and campaign performance.
8. Assist with updating marketing databases, reports and campaign records.
9. Support other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree student in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Hospitality or related discipline.
• Interest in F&B, digital marketing and social media.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, proactive and willing to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, social media platforms or content creation is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to occasionally visit restaurant outlets for marketing activities.
