About the Role

We're looking for a curious, hands-on intern to join our production team and learn how social content gets made from the ground up. You will support both the Creative and Multimedia teams across shoots and post-production, building real skills in a fast-moving agency environment. This is a learning role with genuine responsibility, and strong performers will be considered for future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Log footage on set and keep shoot notes accurate and up to date
  • Help prepare pre-production materials such as shot lists, call sheets and props checklists
  • Support location, talent and equipment logistics with the Production team
  • Organise and back up raw footage, files and project folders according to team conventions
  • Assist with basic editing tasks such as rough cuts, captioning, subtitles and cutdowns
  • Support the Multimedia Executive with asset preparation and version exports
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content when required
  • Follow team processes and checklists carefully, and raise issues early rather than late
  • Take initiative to learn new tools, equipment and workflows

Requirements

  • Strong interest in content creation, media, or creative production
  • Demonstrates initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to go beyond assigned tasks
  • Good eye for visuals, storytelling, and detail
  • Familiarity with cameras, filming techniques, or production equipment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Resourceful, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Able to commit to the full internship period, with flexibility for occasional early starts or longer shoot days

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in media, communications, film, or related fields
  • Multilingual abilities are a strong plus in today’s content landscape
  • Prior experience on school projects, student films or personal content channels
  • Prior experience in creative agencies, production houses, or content creation is a plus
  • Basic familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar editing tools is a bonus
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus
