Key duties and responsibilities:

• Pre-sales Feasibility & Risk Mitigation: Actively participate in the pre-sales phase to vet technical proposals. You are responsible for "de-risking" the project by ensuring that the proposed solution is fully implementable and aligned with field realities.
• On-site Delivery & Quality Control: Take full ownership of technical execution. This includes supervising on-site technical construction, managing platform data configuration, and ensuring the final deployment meets our rigorous quality standards.
• Technical Evaluation & Asset Creation: Post-delivery, conduct a comprehensive audit of the technical architecture. You will transform project-specific experiences into concrete documentation and standardized playbooks to drive continuous improvement.
• Be responsible for comprehensive building management technical consultation, including tech- communication with customers about data interface of automation equipment and networking on site.
• Independently complete the communication debugging and point-to-point integration between the product team and the on-site automatic control management system.

Key skills and competencies:

1、Enrolment status

Currently enrolled in a Master's programme (or final-year Bachelor's) in Electronic Information, Automation, Communication, Computer Science or a related field. Expected graduation in 2027 or 2028.

2、BMS pre-sales & solution exposure

Familiar with the fundamentals of BMS solution design. > 3 years of pre-sales experience is not required.

3、System configuration exposure

Exposure to or willingness to learn Siemens WinCC and Honeywell Webs system configuration. Mastery is not required.

4、Industrial protocol fundamentals

Familiar with the basic concepts of at least one industrial communication protocol: Modbus (RTU/TCP), BACnet, MQTT, OPC UA. Knowledge of private protocols from major manufacturers is a plus.

5、Energy management software interfaces

Familiar with the interface integration of energy management software from mainstream brands (Schneider, ABB, LongShine, Envision, etc.). Hands-on experience is a plus.

6、IoT architecture & sensors

Understand IoT architecture and the selection and commissioning of common sensors (temperature and humidity, current, voltage, etc.).

7、Academic background

Currently pursuing a degree in Electronic Information, Automation, Communication, Computer Science or a related field.

8、Energy management knowledge

A solid understanding of energy management, preferably developed through coursework or hands-on projects.

9、Language

Clear written and spoken English for customer-facing work.

10、Bonus

Any IoT or AI project experience — a GitHub link or a short write-up goes a long way.
