Job Description

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in documentation, record management, and data accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management, stock control, and supply chain principles.
  • Foundational knowledge of operational workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with an interest in process improvement.
  • Ability to organize, document, and summarize operational data accurately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; familiarity with Power BI is an advantage, and willingness to learn systems such as Salesforce.
  • Good communication and coordination skills when working with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude towards learning and supporting operational activities.
  • Interest in inventory management, data reporting, operational excellence and continuous improvement. 

Responsibilities

  1. Assist with stock in/out transactions and maintain accurate inventory records.
  2. Conduct physical stock checks and assist in inventory reconciliation.
  3. Support the verification, collection, and tracking of defective Infotainment Head Units (IHU).
  4. Assist in preparing documentation and coordinating supplier reimbursement claims.
  5. Document customer issue reports and maintain accurate operational records.
  6. Review, update, and assist in improving departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows.
  7. Generate reports and perform basic data analysis to support inventory monitoring and operational decision-making.
  8. Identify repetitive or manual tasks and assist in developing simple automation or process improvements using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or inventory systems.
  9. Support general inventory administration and other operational activities assigned by the department.
