• Teach participants about coffee beans, coffee origins, roasting, grinding, and storage.
• Demonstrate proper use and operation of espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other barista equipment.
• Train participants to prepare espresso-based beverages such as espresso, americano, cappuccino, café latte, mocha, and other specialty coffee drinks.
• Provide training in milk steaming, frothing, and basic latte art.
• Teach proper coffee extraction techniques and how to identify common extraction problems.
• Train participants in equipment cleaning, maintenance, hygiene, and food safety practices.
• Develop participants' understanding of customer service and café service standards.
• Conduct demonstrations, practical exercises, role plays, and assessments to ensure effective learning..
• Keep up to date with current coffee trends, barista techniques, equipment, and industry practices.
• Support participants in developing the skills and confidence required for employment or further training in the food and beverage industry.

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per day

Education:

• Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Training: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• SKM 3 IN BARISTA CERTIFICATE (Preferred)
• Train The Trainer (TTT) Certificate (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
