PART-TIME PAYROLL

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Part-Time Account Payroll to handle month end payroll processing and salary related matters for approximately 20 staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle monthly payroll processing for approximately 20 staff.
• Calculate and process monthly salaries accurately.
• Check attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions and other payroll adjustments.
• Prepare salary payment and ensure salaries are processed on time.
• Prepare payslips and maintain proper payroll records.
• Handle staff salary and payroll-related queries.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of staff salary and personal information.

Requirements

• Previous experience in payroll processing and salary administration.
• Able to independently handle monthly payroll for approximately 20 staff.
• Good understanding of salary calculations, overtime, allowances and deductions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll-related systems.
• Able to meet month end payroll deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, accurate and responsible when handling salary matters.
• Good organisational skills and able to work independently.
• Must maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and salary information.
• This position is strictly focused on month-end payroll and salary processing.
• Full Set Accounting, daily accounting, statutory submission, tax, audit, SST or financial reporting duties are required.
• Part time arrangement, with work mainly required during the month end payroll period.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
