Job Description

• Provide one-to-one mentoring and befriending support to Higher Needs Students (HNS).
• Conduct motivational talks and engagement sessions to promote character development and positive behaviour.
• Assist with discipline-related fact-finding and investigations.
• Support neighbourhood patrolling with Key Personnel (KPs) afterschool hours.
• Assist the Discipline Master with parent engagement on student discipline, behaviour and development.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working with families and children aged 7–14 years.
• Good interpersonal, communication and engagement skills.
• Experience in planning and conducting motivational, educational or physical activities for children and youth is an advantage
