Responsibilities
Job Summary
Management Executive supports senior management in planning, coordinating, and executing business operations. This role involves coordinating with other departments, managing projects and ensuring management decisions are effectively implemented.
Specific Responsibilities
Assist management in planning and implementing business strategies and operational plans
Prepare purchase order for customers, correspondence and other business documents
Monitor projects like atrium/fair with another department to have a smooth operation.
Assist budget and revenue report for each project.
Conduct market, competitor and business research to support management decision making
Technical & Competencies
Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook) & basic AI work.
Documentary management systems
Office equipment
Excellence in verbal and written communication.
Operation coordination
Teamwork- positive working relationship
