An Intern - Finance Executive manages daily financial operations, maintains accurate accounting records, and helps leaders make smart money choices.

Core Responsibilities

• Daily Accounting: Handle accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, and manage vendor payments.
• Reconciliation: Perform regular bank, cash, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting: Assist with month-end and year-end closing, budget tracking, and financial statement preparation.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to local tax laws, financial standards, and internal controls.
• Analysis: Support management with cash flow planning, cost control, and financial forecasting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience: Generally 1 to 5 years of experience in operational finance or accounting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and standard accounting software.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and good communication skills.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
