Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.0 To proactively support, participate in AI and automation-enabled transformation of the end-to-end Employee Lifecycle and Employee Experience (EX) across People Group and Office Administration functions through the design, development and optimisation of HRMS front-end architecture. employee self-service solutions, AI-enabled workflows, automation, analytics and employee experience platform.
The role contributes to the end-to-end digitisation of the Employee Lifecycle by improving how employees interact with HR systems, services and processes while supporting automation, governance, productivity and data-driven decision-making.
The incumbent will work closely with PCCS, Business Units and Technology teams to design intuitive user journeys, automate manual processes and develop scalable digital solutions aligned with Enfrasys Group's #BuildABetterUs transformation agenda.
This enhancement positions the internship as a strategic PCCS Digital Transformation Internship, not merely a reporting/data analyst role, and aligns strongly with Enfrasys' intent to build an internal pipeline for AI-enabled HRMS and Employee Experience transformation capabilities.
2.0 Key Result Areas (KRAs) & Responsibilities
2.1 KRA 1: Data Analytics & Dashboard Development
- Develop interactive dashboards (Power BI or equivalent) on:
- Attrition trends
- Time-to-hire
- Overtime costs
- Workforce productivity
- Translate raw HR/admin data into insight-driven outputs for HOD/BOD use
- Maintain structured datasets from HRIS / Excel / other sources
KRA 2: AI & Automation – End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Transformation
- Design and implement AI-enabled solutions across the full Employee Lifecycle, including:
- Attraction & Hiring (recruitment analytics, chatbot screening)
- Onboarding & Integration (self-onboarding, onboarding bots)
- Employment Experience (leave, claims, communication automation)
- Performance & Development (SPM workflows, feedback tracking)
- Exit & Offboarding (automated clearance, insights on attrition)
- Identify manual, repetitive processes and deploy automation / RPA solutions to:
- Reduce processing time
- Eliminate errors
- Improve consistency and governance
- Track and quantify automation ROI (hours saved, cycle time reduction, error reduction, cost impact)
KRA 3: Employee Experience (EX) Analytics & Workflow Optimization
- Develop dashboards and analytics on end-to-end Employee Experience, including:
- Onboarding effectiveness
- Engagement / feedback trends
- Performance cycle completion
- Attrition & retention indicators
- Translate HR data into EX insights, such as:
- Where experience is breaking (e.g., onboarding delays, unclear communication)
- Which lifecycle stages drive dissatisfaction or inefficiency
- Correlation between EX → productivity / retention
- Generate actionable recommendations to improve EX, not just reporting
KRA 4: Process Automation & AI Solutions
- Identify repetitive/manual HR & admin processes and propose automation
- Develop automation solutions using tools such as:
- Power Automate
- RPA tools (UiPath or similar)
- AI-enabled workflows (Co-Pilot, document processing, chatbots)
- Track and quantify automation impact (time saved, error reduction)

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Degree or Master Programme (Data Analytics, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field)
- Strong interest in AI, automation and data analytics in business/HR environments
- Hands-on exposure (academic or project) to Power BI, Excell or similar tools
- Basic knowledge of automation tools (Power Automate, RPA, scripting) is an advantage
- Ability to work with data (cleaning, structuring, analyzing and visualising)
- Strong-problem solving mindset and ability to identify inefficiencies
- Good communication skills to explain outputs clearly to non-technical users
- Proactive, self-drive and able to deliver outputs within a 3-month project timeline.
