Hemo Bioengineering Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore medical device company specialising in neurovascular devices for the treatment of acute ischaemic stroke. Our products are manufactured overseas and supplied to customers in Singapore and international markets including Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
We are a small and growing Singapore team and are looking for a dependable individual to support our day-to-day administrative, inventory and customer order fulfilment activities.
Job Summary
We are looking for a
Part-Time Admin & Order Fulfilment Coordinator
to support our Singapore operations.
This is a practical, hands-on role focused on maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating customer orders with our Sales and Finance teams, preparing products for shipment, and arranging courier collection and international delivery through companies such as DHL and FedEx.
Our medical devices arrive in Singapore fully manufactured and packaged. There is no manufacturing or assembly work involved in this position.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records by product, specification and quantity.
Receive incoming finished products and verify quantities against delivery documents.
Keep Sales updated on current stock availability.
Coordinate customer orders and shipment timing with the Sales team.
Coordinate with Finance for preparation of invoices and commercial documents.
Prepare products and shipping cartons for courier collection.
Arrange local and international shipments through DHL, FedEx and other logistics providers.
Prepare routine shipment documentation such as airway bills and packing lists.
Track shipments and follow up with courier companies where necessary.
Update inventory immediately after incoming and outgoing shipments.
Assist with periodic physical stock counts and stock reconciliation.
Maintain orderly storage and shipment records.
Provide general administrative support where required.
Requirements
Minimum N-Level, O-Level, ITE or equivalent qualification.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and email.
Comfortable maintaining simple stock and administrative records.
Able to communicate with courier companies and coordinate shipment arrangements.
Careful and accurate when handling product specifications, quantities and documentation.
Responsible, dependable and able to work independently after training.
Previous experience in administration, logistics, order processing or inventory work is an advantage but
not essential

Experience in medical devices or healthcare is an advantage but

Working Arrangement
Part-time position.
Approximately
3 working days per week

Some flexibility in working days may be required depending on incoming shipments and customer delivery schedules.
S$120 per working day
