About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin/HR Intern to support our HR and Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding, HR operations, and general administrative support. It's a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate to build a strong foundation in HR practices within a fast-paced, cross-regional company.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding Support

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and candidate coordination
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities (e.g., document preparation, checklists, system access)

HR Operations & Administration

• Maintain and update employee records and databases
• Help organize company events and employee engagement initiatives
• Assist in ad-hoc HR and admin projects as needed

Office & Facilities Administration

• Provide administrative support, including office supplies management, mail handling, and general filing
• Assist with office facility management and maintenance requests
• Coordinate with vendors for office services (courier, housekeeping, etc.)
• Support day-to-day office administration as needed

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Prior internship or part-time experience in HR/admin is a plus, but not required
