Weekend Support Crew (Payment Terminal) | $16/hour (Long-Term)

Weekends only


$16 per hour, 10am to 7pm


Office: Tanjong Pagar


Responsibilities

Respond promptly to merchant enquiries via phone calls, text messages, and other communication channels.
Handle inbound and outbound calls relating to merchant applications, payment terminal activation, account support, and basic troubleshooting.
Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Assist the operations team with administrative and technical support tasks.
Conduct on-site delivery, installation, activation, and basic configuration of payment terminals at merchant locations.
Guide and train new merchants on the proper use of payment terminals and basic troubleshooting steps.
Travel to merchant locations across Singapore to provide on-site support as scheduled.
Ad hoc duties

Requirements

Able to commit to a long-term weekend arrangement.
Comfortable speaking with customers and able to explain technical information in a simple and professional manner.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-first attitude.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently after training.
Comfortable to carry and install payment terminals when required.
Basic computer literacy and confidence using mobile applications and digital systems.
