Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Enhance existing AI Chat Assistant capabilities and develop new features/tools
- Improve UI/UX flows, wireframes, and user journeys
- Identify user pain points and recommend product improvements
- Validate features through user testing and feedback
- Create workflow, process, and system diagrams where needed
- Build scalable solutions that can support growing business and user needs
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Engineering, or related disciplines
- Hands-on experience with Python and React
- Understanding of LLMs, AI Assistants, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Agent concepts
- Familiar with databases (SQL/PostgreSQL) and API integrations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with graph visualization and diagramming tools (Mermaid, *************, Neo4j, Visio, etc.)
- Exposure to vector databases, embeddings, MCP, or agent frameworks
- Familiarity with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms
