Job Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting routine inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished precast concrete products.
• Support laboratory and field testing activities, including concrete cube testing, slump tests, and material verification.
• Record, compile, and maintain quality inspection and testing reports accurately.
• Assist in monitoring production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Help identify quality issues and report non-conformances to the QA/QC team.
• Support calibration and maintenance records of testing equipment.
• Assist in preparing quality documentation, checklists, and reports.
• Participate in internal quality audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company quality procedures, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the QA/QC Manager or Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must be pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Material Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of construction materials and concrete technology is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing and production environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
