Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the coordination & dispatch of ready-mix concrete trucks.
- Assist with truck driver scheduling, attendance and daily deployment.
- Check and verify the drivers’ daily truck inspection checklists to ensure they are properly completed.
- Follow up with drivers on any missing information, irregularities or reported vehicle issues.
- Highlight any vehicle defects or abnormalities reported by drivers to the Plant Supervisor.
- Assist with basic administrative and documentation work related to logistics operations.
- Assist in monitoring delivery schedules and liaising with drivers and site personnel.
- Support the Logistics / Ops team in other daily operational duties.
- Perform other duties asassigned by the supervisor.
