What You'll Do

1. Classify and label customer service conversations at the session level, following the project guidelines, with productivity targets built up progressively. 2. Chat with AI assistants and evaluate their responses against defined criteria - you will literally be teaching AI to improve. 3. Write clear, well-structured summaries based on customer service records. 4. Take in reviewer feedback, correct rework, and improve consistency with each cycle. 5. Flag guideline questions and edge cases to the coordinator, helping improve the annotation rules themselves. 6. Perform operational activities within the customer service CRM system. 7. Support the design and documentation of processes and workflows.

What We Need From You

1. Currently enrolled in or having completed high school (compatible with the apprenticeship program). 2. Ability to read, write, and understand everyday customer and customer service language (slang, typos, cultural context). 3. Basic familiarity with computers and web navigation (email, simple spreadsheets). 4. Analytical and organized profile, with attention to detail, daily discipline, and willingness to learn and receive feedback.
