Job Requirements

We're looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:

• Preferably students or currently pursuing a diploma or degree from a communication, digital media communication, digital marketing, public relations or related fields
• Excellent written and verbal in both Bahasa Malaysia and English proficiency is a must.
• Outgoing personality with eagerness to learn and take on tasks, a proactive mindset.
• Availability for a minimum commitment of 3 months or more.
• Willingness to take on challenges and contribute your skills and knowledge to a specific team
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and social media management tools.
• Proficiency in editing tools such as Canva, Adobe, Capcut or other related tools
• Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging and currrent trend content ideas.
• Creative, driven and interested in being part of curating and managing impact content and campaigns for Ratio Cause and its campaigns.
