Responsibilities
We are looking for Part-Time Customer Care Assistants who enjoy interacting with people and creating great customer experiences.
Job Requirements
Attend to customers’ enquiries on our products and services
Respond to customer calls and enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
Provide basic product information and recommendations
Follow up with customers via phone or email where required
Liaise with our outlets and internal teams to resolve customer enquiries
Record and update customer enquiries and information in our database
Assist with data entry and administrative tasks
Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
