Digital Marketing Intern

Curatio Wellness is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, and content production within the healthcare and aesthetics industry.

This role is ideal for a student or fresh graduate who enjoys social media, content creation, video editing, and digital marketing, and wants to build practical experience working with a growing clinic.

What You'll Do

Social Media & Content

• Assist in managing and publishing content across ARC Clinic's social media platforms.
• Schedule and post social media content according to the clinic's content calendar.
• Assist with developing and preparing content for social media.
• Edit short-form video content, including Instagram Reels, TikToks and other social media videos.
• Assist with editing longer-form media such as podcasts, interviews and educational videos.
• Support the team with basic content production, including filming and preparing media assets when required.

Lead Management

• Support monitoring leads and inquiries received through digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Organise and forward relevant leads to the clinic's administration team for follow-up.
• Keep track of incoming inquiries and assist with basic reporting on lead volume and sources.

Digital Marketing Support

• Assist with day-to-day digital marketing activities and campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance and engagement.
• Research content ideas, trends and relevant topics within the healthcare, aesthetics and wellness space.
• Support other marketing and content-related projects as required.

Who We're Looking For

• Currently studying or have experience in Digital Marketing, Media Production, Mass Communications, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Comfortable communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Able to commit to a minimum 3-month internship placement starting from September or October 2026. Candidates looking for longer internship placements are open to consideration.
• Ideally has some experience with video editing, media production or content development.
• Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar is an advantage.
• Creative, organised and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently while also collaborating with the team.
