Responsibilities
Main Job Scope
Handle and respond to the company phone and WhatsApp enquiries.
Job Responsibilities
WhatsApp customers to remind them when payments are due.
Attend to class enquiries
Coordinate class arrangements between trainers and students.
Assist with general administrative duties as assigned.
Tally and verify class records with the supervisor once a week, including weekends when required.
Requirements
Polytechnic students preferred.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Responsible, reliable, and contactable.
Able to commit for a minimum of 12 months.
Remuneration
$400
