Responsibilities

Monitoring & Incident Response

• Continuously monitor network and system alerts, validate incidents, and escalate according to runbooks.
• Perform first-line troubleshooting to isolate issues and hand over clear incident context to engineering teams.

Communication & Coordination

• Log incidents and updates accurately in the ticketing system and keep stakeholders informed until closure.
• Coordinate with field teams and service owners to schedule fixes and share status updates.

Maintenance & Reporting

• Run routine health checks, verify backups and scheduled tasks, and report anomalies to the team.
• Prepare concise daily shift reports and contribute to trend logs that help prevent recurring incidents.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Approximately 0 years of relevant experience, suitable for fresh graduates or entry level candidates.
• Secondary education or diploma in IT, electronics, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
