B2B Café & Catering Sales Representative – Commission Based

About the Role

Jaad Café is looking for a confident and motivated B2B Sales Representative to help grow our café and catering business by finding and securing new business customers.

Your main responsibility will be to approach potential B2B clients, introduce our café and catering offerings, build relationships, and convert leads into paying customers.

Potential customers may include cafés, restaurants, offices, hotels, coworking spaces, universities, retailers, event companies, and other businesses that require coffee, beverages, and catering services regularly.

This is a commission-only position, making it suitable for someone who enjoys sales, networking, and earning based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential B2B customers in Cyberjaya, Putrajaya and the wider Klang Valley.

Generate new leads through visits, calls, WhatsApp, email, networking and referrals.

Introduce Jaad Café's café products and catering services to potential customers.

Arrange meetings, product introductions and tasting/sampling sessions with prospective clients.

Understand each customer's requirements and recommend suitable café and catering solutions.

Follow up with leads and work towards converting them into customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients.

Maintain a simple record of leads, follow-ups, quotations and completed sales.

Provide feedback on customer requirements, pricing and market opportunities.

Represent Jaad Café professionally when meeting potential clients.

Requirements

Confident communicating with business owners, managers and purchasing decision-makers.

Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

Comfortable with cold calling, approaching businesses and following up with leads.

Able and willing to travel to meet prospective customers.

Travel expenses are the responsibility of the sales representative.

Preferably based in or near Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, Dengkil, Puchong or surrounding areas.

Smartphone and reliable means of transportation are strongly preferred.

Basic ability to use WhatsApp, email and spreadsheets/CRM tools.

Previous B2B, F&B, café, catering, hospitality or field-sales experience is an advantage, but not essential.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based role with no fixed basic salary.

Commission will be earned based on successful B2B sales/accounts secured. The structure is intended to reward representatives who consistently bring in new customers and grow existing accounts.
