ButterBee Active is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Warehouse & Packing Assistant to support our growing e-commerce operations in Singapore.

As part of our operations team, you’ll help make sure every ButterBee order is carefully checked, packed and prepared before it reaches our customers. From activewear and accessories to online orders and stock replenishment, we care about the small details that make receiving a ButterBee order feel special.

This is a part-time role with 3 packing shifts per week. During each shift, you’ll help consolidate and fulfil customer orders accumulated since the previous packing day, ensuring they are accurately checked, neatly packed and ready for dispatch.

This role is ideal for someone looking for a consistent part-time schedule who enjoys hands-on work, is organised and takes pride in getting the details right.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and prepare activewear, apparel and accessories for customer orders.
• Consolidate orders and ensure they are accurately fulfilled during each scheduled packing shift.
• Check product, size, colour and quantity carefully to ensure every order is correct before dispatch.
• Fold, package and present products neatly according to ButterBee’s packing and presentation standards.
• Conduct basic visual quality checks and flag any stains, defects, damage or other product issues before packing.
• Prepare shipping labels and organise completed orders for courier collection.
• Assist with receiving, counting, sorting and organising inventory when required.
• Help maintain accurate and organised stock within the packing and storage area.
• Keep the packing and storage area clean, tidy and organised.
• Support additional fulfilment needs during product launches, promotions and other peak periods.

Requirements

• No prior packing experience is required; training will be provided.
• Previous experience in retail, apparel, e-commerce fulfilment, warehouse operations or order packing is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when checking sizes, colours, quantities and product condition.
• Careful and organised when handling apparel.
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently.
• Able to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
• Comfortable with light physical work, including standing, folding, packing and moving cartons or stock.
• Able to commit to 3 packing shifts per week on a regular basis.
• Some flexibility to support additional shifts during major launches, promotions and peak periods is a plus.

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
