Responsibilities
A bakery is looking for a customer-focused Retail Bakery Assistant to support daily outlet operations.
Requirement: Valid Food Hygiene Certificate / Food Handling Certificate required.
Date: 8 August 2026 (Sat)
Time: 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Break: 30 mins (unpaid)
Location: Near Farrer MRT
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet customers, provide friendly service, and assist with product enquiries and selections.
Sales & Order Handling: Recommend cakes, cookies, and bakery products while accurately recording custom cake orders and customer requirements.
Bakery Support: Load prepared product trays into the oven, monitor baking processes, and support daily bakery operations.
Counter & Display Management: Maintain clean, organised, and well-stocked display counters to ensure products are presented attractively.
Ad Hoc Duties: Assist with other outlet tasks and daily operations when required.
Job Requirements:
Friendly and service-oriented attitude with good customer interaction skills.
Able to communicate with customers in English.
Good attention to detail when handling customer orders.
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced retail bakery environment.
Prior experience in retail, F&B, or customer service is an advantage.
Valid Food Hygiene Certificate required.
Attire: Black shirt, black pants, and covered shoes.
Required Certification: Food Hygiene Certificate.
