Part-Time Service Crew (Weekend)

Job Description & Requirements

Bites&Brews is a casual dining restaurant in Joo Chiat serving Western comfort food with Asian twists. We are looking for an experienced and reliable part-time service crew member to support our team during busy weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take orders and serve food and drinks
• Clear and reset tables
• Assist with basic beverage preparation when required
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
• Support the team during busy brunch and dinner service
• Assist with opening and closing duties

Working Hours

• Mainly Saturday & Sunday
• Approximately 11:00am–10:00pm (with a break in the middle)
• Additional weekday shifts may be available

Requirements

• Previous service experience in a Western restaurant is required
• Familiar with Western restaurant service standards and operations
• Very hands-on and willing to help wherever needed
• Hardworking, responsible and reliable
• Able to work efficiently under pressure in a busy restaurant
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
