About the Role

We’re looking for a Part-Time Florist Assistant to join our team!
This role is perfect for someone who loves flowers and don't mind getting your hands dirty. You’ll help with daily flower preparation and studio maintenance.

No formal experience is required — just a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist florists in preparing flowers and foliage (trimming and conditioning flowers)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio and work areas
• Refill vases and restock supplies
• Assist with unpacking flower deliveries and managing stock
• Able to assist with event setup and other ad-hoc duties if required

Qualifications & Skills

• Passion for flowers, design, and creativity
• No prior experience required (training provided)
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit
• Able to stand long hours and don't mind getting your hands dirty
• Flexible availability, especially during weekends or peak floral seasons

Working Schedule
Working hours: 9am to 4pm
Able to commit 2-3 days per week

Starting pay will be at $8 per hour & adjusted accordingly based on experience and performance

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $8.00 - $12.00 per hour
