Job Descriptions

• coordinate the full recruitment cycle in alignment with workforce planning and departmental requirements, working closely with hiring managers to support hiring objectives.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including preparation of documentation, system access setup, company email creation, issuance of access cards, and other related arrangements.
• Support the day-to-day administration of HR functions such as employee benefits, leave tracking, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Review submitted job applications and conduct initial candidate assessments to identify qualified candidates for further consideration.
• Organize and schedule interviews by coordinating availability between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in conducting background checks and reference verifications as part of the hiring process.
• Perform general administrative duties, including managing phone calls, responding to emails, handling correspondence, and organizing incoming documentation.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies while assisting with the processing of employee expense claims and reimbursements.
• Prepare and maintain monthly attendance summaries and generate relevant reports when required.
• Provide support in reviewing, compiling, and submitting employee claims along with the necessary supporting documents.
