Responsibilities
Job Scope:
- Take photos of returned items.
- Scan the product serial number (SN) and key it into system.
- Submit the record in internal system.
- Identify warranty items and pass them to the team for packing (no packing required).
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge is required. Training will be provided.
Notes:
Work dates: 12-31 August 2026
Every Mon-Fri 9-6pm, Saturday 9-1pm, Sunday off
