Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a warm and engaging Guest Relationship Officer to join our Deli team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive a welcoming and personalized experience. You will handle inquiries, assist with product recommendations, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Handle inquiries about our products, including charcuterie, cheeses, and specialty items
• Provide recommendations based on customer preferences
• Address any concerns or special requests to ensure a positive experience
• Assist with reservations, orders, and managing customer feedback

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for food and hospitality, with knowledge of deli products as a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Previous customer service or guest relations experience is preferred
• Good presentation is a must
