The Role
We are seeking Relief Teaching Assistants to join our team on a flexible basis . The successful candidates will provide support as and when required , depending on operational and staffing needs. This role is suitable for individuals seeking flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to work on an on-call basis .
The Teaching Assistant (TA) plays a vital role in supporting the class or specialist teacher to enhance students' learning experiences and outcomes. Responsibilities include assisting with the delivery of the curriculum, monitoring pupil progress, and providing targeted support, particularly in core subjects such as Maths and English. The TA works closely with teachers to create an engaging and effective learning environment, ensuring that each student receives the attention they need to succeed.
