Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee renovation projects from commencement to completion
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Ensure projects are delivered according to approved drawings, timeline, and budget
• Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and safety compliance
• Address site issues, variations, and client concerns promptly
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress updates
• Ensure proper project documentation, handover, and defect management

Requirements
