Job Summary

You will support daily operations and project coordination while improving workflows through simple automation and tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operational tasks, project coordination, and manpower-related activities to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain and enhance trackers, spreadsheets, and internal tools to improve data accuracy and accessibility
• Write or modify basic scripts using Python, Google Apps Script, or Excel automation to reduce manual workload and increase efficiency
• Propose and implement tools, automations, or process improvements to streamline operations
• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and organizing workflows to optimize team productivity
• Communicate with team members to gather process information and clarify requirements for improvements
• Identify repetitive tasks and develop automation or simplification solutions to save time and reduce errors
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver results within agreed timelines

Required competencies and certifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications
• Basic coding skills or strong willingness to learn automation tools such as Python, JavaScript, or Google Apps Script
